  • 200 gr mixed frozen vegetables
  • 150 gr frozen spinach
  • 1 pcs large dry onion
  • 2 tsp breadcrumbs
  • 100 gr sour cream 12%
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 1 pcs carrot
  • 1 bunch green parsley
  • thyme
  • salt
  • hot chilli
  • black pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Mod de preparare
 

  • Defrost the spinach
  • Sauté the onion with two tablespoons of olive oil, cut the carrot into slices and boil it in salted water.

  • Blanch the frozen vegetables for a few minutes in the water in which you boiled the carrot. Place them over the carrot
  • Sprinkle two tablespoons of breadcrumbs
